Members of the faculty at Adorable Kids Child Care Center are not only competent but also compassionate. We make sure to entrust our young learners to reputable staff by hiring only qualified applicants that have passed our stringent hiring process, of which consists a series of interviews, screening, and background checks. Our educators and caregivers are also equipped with opportunities for further progress and advancement, including training for First Aid, Health and Safety, and Infant & Child CPR.
Elizabeth is the Owner/Founder/Director of Adorable Kids Child Care Center and a resident of the San Benito, TX community. She has a Master’s in Business Administration with over a decade of experience working with children from all ages. Elizabeth started this business researching community needs in the area and incorporating her family through this journey. Major role players in her life are her parents Moises+ & Rosa Candanoza who taught her to walk through life learning something new every day, expand her knowledge continuously, and the sky’s the limit. Elizabeth’s goals are to create young scholars in a safe caring environment by providing a positive nurturing atmosphere. Expanding young minds is her passion and that passion is a big part of Adorable Kids Child Care Center.
Natalia, is the Assistant Director of Adorable Kids Child Care Center. She has attended Our Lady of the Lake University and Texas Southmost college pursuing her Education Degree. Natalia has received an associates in education and is working towards her bachelors degree. She also brings nearly a decade of early childhood experience. She’s compassionate with each child, has strong work ethics, and dedicated. Natalia is ambitious to create a special connection with each child to help their mind thrive in a safe caring environment. All other staff members are continuously trained by Natalia in class, online courses and utilizing outside independent educational trainers.
Irene is our Infant room teacher. She has 3 children and 2 Grandchildren that she absolutely adores! She loves spending time with her family and participating in Events at her Church like “ABBA House”. On her Free time, she enjoys reading Christian books and she loves to shop on the weekends.
Aubrie is our Toddler room Teacher. She is 30 years old, married, and has 2 children of her own. She will be completing her 9th year in a childcare setting. She started at an elementary school and then started in early childhood care 5 years ago. She is extremely excited to work with your child!
Eunice is our Preschool teacher. She is 38 years old and she loves to spend her time with her nieces, nephews, and family. She loves children but does not have children of her own. However, she loves getting to know all of her students and loves working with kids. Children make her day and is always excited to work with your child and get to know them.
Stephanie is our After-school Teacher. She is 25 years old and she loves to be with my family. She spends a majority of her time at church events. She is also a Videographer for live events and posts on her churches page. She also loves to read her bible and journal her life or blessings. Stephanie also loves working with kids.
Rosa is our AM kitchen staff and teacher assistant. She has 4 children and 7 grandchildren who she adores with all her heart. She enjoys watching soap operas (novelas) during her free time. She has been working with Adorable Kids Child Care Center since 2010. She substitutes for our infant class and she enjoys singing to the babies as well as watching them grow.
Cassie is a Teacher Assistant here at our center. She turned 20 this year and it is her second year in childcare experience. She received her associates in Fall 2023. She applied and got accepted into the teaching program at UTRGV. She subs in for all the classes when needed and has become our social media handler. Outside of our childcare center she is an outdoors person.
Faviola, is our childcare centers kitchen cook. Her favorite color is pink and she spends her free time with her children and close family. She has only less than a year of experience at Adorable kids child care but has enjoyed the time she’s been here. Interacting with the kids getting to know them has been her favorite part of working here.
